How to change your account email address on Netflix

Change primary account email

To change the primary email address on your Netflix account, go to the Change Email page. You may need to sign in if you haven’t already.

• If a Kids profile is active, change to another profile first and then try again.

• You may need to confirm your identity before making a change.

• The email address must be between 4 and 50 characters.

• You can't change to an email address that's already used on another account.

If you forgot the email address you use for your account, go to our Update password, email or phone page, tap or click I don't remember my email or phone, then follow the steps.

Change email address added to profile
